What time zone will the event be in?

The live sessions will be presented in China Standard Time (UTC +8), To adjust the display to a different time zone, click the CHANGE link on the Schedule page.

When will I receive my login for the event?

Your login ID is the email address you used to register. There are no passwords necessary to access the hybrid platform. Attendees will need access to the email address they used to register to confirm their identity by email.

Current 2022 IADR members gain access to the first week of the Annual Meeting to attend Scientific Group/Network business meetings. They can login using the email address associated with their membership

When I login I only have access to week one?

If you have access to only week one but not the second week of the meeting, this may be because you have logged in as a member and not the email you registered under. Check your registration confirmation for the email address you registered under. Questions about your registration email can be directed to registration@iadr.org

How do I join a virtual session?

Sessions will open 15 minutes prior to their listed start time. Access any presentation on the schedule by clicking the  ‘Join Session’ button on the session description page. Details on joining a virtual session can be found at https://iadr.secure-platform.com/2022/page/help/help-general/help-attendee-zoom

Is it possible for me to “favorite” the sessions I’m interested in for quick access?

Yes. You will notice next to the title of each session a star icon. If you click this star, our platform will automatically create a “favorites” list for you and showcase them in a separate tab in the schedule like this:


How do I claim Continuing Education Credit?

The International Association for Dental Research is an ADA CERP Recognized Provider. ADA CERP is a service of the American Dental Association to assist dental professionals in identifying quality providers of continuing dental education. ADA CERP does not approve or endorse individual courses or instructors, nor does it imply acceptance of credit hours by boards of dentistry. Concerns or complaints about a CE provider may be directed to the provider or to ADA ADA Commission for Continuing Education Provider Recognition at www.ada.org/cerp

IADR is offering 36 hours of Continuing Education credit as part of the Genearl Session. To claim CE, you must attend the live session. At the conclusion of the session, use the link on the Schedule page to complete the requirements to claim CE credit or generate your certificate of attendance or certificate of attendance & presentation.

I want to watch a session again or watch a session I missed. Will sessions be available on-demand?

Sessions are recorded automatically, and the content becomes available as soon as it's processed, usually within two hours. 

Can I record sessions for my own use?

No, participant recording of sessions is not permitted.

Do I need to have a Zoom Account to watch or participate?

No, you can join as a guest via browser or the desktop application.

Can I view and participate in the conference from my cell phone?

We recommend against using your cellphone to attend the virtual conference, you will have a much better experience from a laptop or desktop. 

Can I share my registration details with colleagues?

No, only one person per registration can participate at a time and the participant needs to have access to confirm the email upon logging in.

How do I connect with Exhibitors?

Many exhibitors have and virtual exhibit hours. Visit the Exhibitor tab to view those partners participating in the General Session, send your contact information, reach out via email, phone, or visit at live exhibit times.
